I'll be there in spirit!
should the address be Dodgertown, 90090?
As I mentioned in the last thread, I'll be there Friday, ready to fling my Tommy plaque at them if they blow it.
They got the Brew Crew to lay down. Wonder if they can fetch?
Didja have to show "Boots"? Haven't we had enough errors this week?
i dont think they should have celebrated if they still have a shot at the west
Now winning is the only option. Unlike before, when it was one option.
lol Joe Beimel still rocking the robe

They celebrated? Curious.
Bodes well for the Dodgers, I think.
And Josh, just wait until Lucas is actually watching Dora. Then you'll know what being a good parent is all about.
"Backpack, backpack; backpack, backpack."
I guess for the Rockies, the playoffs are a victory. Beggers can't be choosers.
This all just pisses me off. I'm going to go drink red wine now. Then come back and finish the puzzle
Maybe the Rockies threw in the towel, or robe, on the division. I would assume they would want to rest some players before the playoffs.
I'll be at all three games. When I bought my season plan, I was smart enough to assume this weekend would matter, I guess, though I always hoped that it wouldn't.
well with philly losing right now we only have to win 1 game for the division, HFA over the phillies, and that would force the cards to sweep this next series to beat us out for HFA.
not too bad.
Just some numbers to think about going into this series
Game 1 starter Randy Wolf is 1-0 against Colorado this year with an ERA of 2.79
Game 1 starter Jorge De La Rosa is 0-2 with a 5.74 ERA against LA this season.
The Rockies’ Game 2 starter Ubaldo Jimenez is 0-3 with a 7.77 ERA versus the Boys in Blue.
Los Angeles is batting .297 against Rocky pitching.
Colorado is batting .219 against LA pitching. That average drops to .173 at Dodger Stadium.
Dodger pitching has a 3.64 ERA against the Rockies.
Rocky pitching has a 5.93 ERA against the Dodgers. In six games at Dodger Stadium, that ERA is 5.26.
I'll be there tomorrow night
also keep in mind that colorado isnt a great road team at 40-38.
@MLASF:
I fear numbers. They always come around to bite you when you don't want them to.
That said; let's do it for Johnny (Podres)!
@Rbn - Right now, the numbers are the only thing providing comfort.
Mrs. Dusty, sister-n-law, and I will be there Saturday night.
I'll be drinking all three games. A buddy of mine and I might be at the Shortstop on Sunday to take it all in.
Bastards better win tonight. I just bought some Reserve (11 row C) tix from RipoffHub 'cause we only have tix for Sunday, and I want to see Russell dump champagne on some kids.
