We would likely drop another place minus the $11M "saved" in that 50 day stretch.
There were also some plate appearances that I'd be embarrassed to take money for, if I were ManRam.
201 big ones - that's still amazing - they could have afforded 8 Mannys and had enough left over for some Jeff Weavers
In the 4 LDSeries, the Angels-Red Sox series was the only one where the lower-payrolled team won the series.
