NO MANNY? Elizabeth, This is the Big One...

Actually, that was me after I had to miss last night's game (and had those Wienerschnitzel Dogs). But today, all of Dodger Nation is clutching their chest too.

I made this guy a hero to my 5 and 9 year olds. We even got his fathead. My daughter is going to be crushed by this.

Back when I was a kid, John Belushi was my hero. I'd still put Manny ahead on that list.

(My in-laws would have just told their kids that Mannny got a haircut, borrowed someone else's jersey and lost weight - see, he's still in the outfield!)

My 5-year-old nephew knows only two Dodgers by heart, Manny Ramirez and James Loney (go figure).

But, I'll wait for some more info before I try to explain to him why Manny ain't playing.

Ken from last night's game here.Un-f***ing-believable. All this after such a great evening Wednesday. Maybe I jinxed it by saying with the team playing so well, they were becoming boring! See you all in Xavier-wood!

I'll let my kids decide about the fathead once I explain and hopefully some more info comes out on what he popped for...

I don't think I know what to do at this point.

Hey Life happens. Temporary setback. I still love the guy. He made a huge mistake. Don't we all?
He'll be back better than ever and we'll all forget this ever happened.
