A 4-2 road trip puts the Dodgers two games over .500 on the road. In a very welcome blowout, Clayton KKKKKKKKKershaw, Juan "BEAST MODE" Pierre, Mark Loretta and Juan Castro all had stellar games. Guillermo "Grand Slam" Mota? Not so much.
The red-hot Mets visit Dodger Stadium tomorrow, having taken three straight from the Giants (and going for the sweep tonight). Thanks for that, Mets. You can cool off now.

Damn, I was looking forward to more meremaids.
Hey they have breasts too.
Good thing is the Dodgers aren't going to face Santana.
Unfortunately their breasts are not aesthetically pleasing.
Ouch.
Went walking in Fullerton today and caught the middle innings when no one was scoring. Kershaw finally looked good and the offense was on track. Then we get back to a TV in time to watch Mota load the bases for Cody Ross to unload them.
When are we going to cut Mota and eat the loss?
So, are the Lakers only going to show up at home through the playoffs?
Never beat Cleveland that way.
Well, the Lakers did beat Cleveland both times they faced them. It all depends which team shows up. They have to beat Denver first.
Lakers are killing Houston. 82-56 in the fourth.
Not a bad day for an LA sports fan. And to show the love for Kershaw's near no-no, MLB.com has already removed all mention of it. After all, the fact that Andy Sonnastine came to bat for the Rays is much more important.
Now all we need is for the Magic and Mets to win tonight.
the near no no lead off baseball tonight on espn. complete with a kershaw telephone interview.
now lets go mets!
Order is restored!
the laker girls > the celtic girls.
It's time to De-Mota!
Damn those Muts. They loaded the bases in the second inning with nobody out, and a 2-3-2 double play and a grounder set them down.
beltran had to drop a handful of seeds to make that catch
Lets go Mets! Come on NY, just keep it close until the 9th, then crazy Brian can blow another one.
wow, 3 balks in a game. wtf
Giants win 2-0. Mets take three of four. I'll take it.
Orlando defeats Boston 101-82, and will play Cleveland in the Eastern Conference Finals.
Don't worry about Denver. Lost in all of their winning is that they have George Karl as their coach
Mota has definitely been a frustrating guy. His ball is live but his mechanics seem off. he's the kind of guy who could go to a 90's Braves team for a year, get coached by Leo Mazzone and turn into a dominant setup man again, only to sign a huge contract with another team and revert to his old ways
what I liked best about Kershaw's performance was that it was on the road. He hadn't pitched well outside of Dodger Stadium until yesterday (except for his first game in San Diego). Hopefully this a sign of things to come
