Dodgers Offering a Smörgåsbord of Gluttonous Options

"Ah, guten Tag! Would you care for a bite of my Vengelerstrasse bar? I also have a bag of marzipan Joy Joys!"

First there was the All-You-Can-Eat Pavilion, which sounded like nothing but food fights in the making but proved successful—so much so that other teams imitated the idea. Now comes BBQ Beach:

The latest all-inclusive section in Dodgertown, Beach Bums of all ages will enjoy all-you-can-eat BBQ, a Dodger beach item giveaway, and an ocean front experience with a birds eye view of the game. The Beach opens Sunday, May 24 against the Angels. Great for groups, buy today!

BBQ BEACH will be open every Sunday, from May 24 - October 4.

BBQ BEACH BENEFITS:

  • All-you-can-eat BBQ as well as Dodger Dogs, Nachos, Popcorn and Soft Drinks (Beer available for purchase)
  • Live DJ from 102.7 KISS-FM
  • Private Beach Themed Party Area
  • Free Dodgers Beach Item

LOCATION:
Located in the Lower Reserve, sections 55 & 59, on the 3rd Base Side

PRICING:

  • GROUP - $35.00
  • INDIVIDUAL - $45.00
  • DAY OF GAME - $50.00

"Birds eye view" = nosebleed seats. But "ocean front experience"? What are they going to do, put a kiddie pool in the aisle? Show Cast Away on Diamond Vision? Pour sand on your Dodger Dog?

Also, Mannywood has been rebranded Dodgertown, California 90090. Quick thinking, Dennis Mannion!

You mean fortunately.

Maybe they can wrap Tommy in tin foil and he can walk around illuminating everyone who wants to tan.

Umlaut-O.

Pretty fancy, Orel. And I don't even know what that symbol is hanging over the A.
