Bob Melvin will be fired as manager of the Arizona Diamondbacks, the Arizona Republic reported Thursday. It's unclear if the Diamondbacks have fired Melvin or if they are waiting until the team returns home from San Diego, but Melvin will lose his job before the end of the day Thursday, multiple sources told the Republic.
Pretty sneaky, sis! It's like they can just slip a new manager in there and no one will notice.

Very sneaky from the D-Backs. Thought no one would notice. Melvin goes from being in Taco Bell commercials to being behind a Taco Bell counter.

Third worst job in the National League West is now open. Maybe Bocce will jump to the warmer weather.
To all the so called baseball experts....I thought the D-Backs were gonna contend with the DODGERS til august??? What happened??
