Who Claimed Alex Rios?

According to MLB Trade Rumors, both the Mets and Red Sox have denied claiming Alex Rios off waivers. Could it be an NL West team?

UPDATE: Rays DFA Jonathan Meloan (MLBTR)

UPDATE: Probably not the Giants, not the Reds....

UPDATE: Not the Mariners, probably the White Sox....

While we're at it, let's find out who killed the electric car. I say Oakland.

I'm live at PNC park. Pirates v cards. Beautiful stadium. Two former dodgers in the lineup. Laroche and Delwyn

Now, if the Indians would just DFA Carlos Santana...

I've been to PNC. It's the best looking ballpark I've been in. Surprisingly, it's the view of downtown Pittsburgh that is the best part!

And Matt Holliday crushes one into the upper concourse.

The view is killer. Love this stadium. Bottom of second and already three HRs.

Giants might not be the team either.

PNC always looks amazing when I've seen it on TV.

[Not that I sit around at work and have MLB.TV tuned to seemingly inconsequential Pirates v Nats games or anything. *stares sheepishly at shoes*]

I'm thinking Atlanta. I'd be happy if they couldn't complete a deal until late Sunday evening.

i wonder if its the angels who picked him up

There was a time when the Dodgers were trying to work a deal for Rios. Penny for Rios (or was it Vernon Wells?). I thought it was a good deal at the time. I think the Blue Jays counter offer was Penny and Kemp for Wells. I can't fully remember, but now, I dont want either.

I tried to explain Not Me to someone. Then I realized neither of us were getting those minutes of our lives back.
