just turn on dodgertalk and wait it out dusty.
or get someone in the car to walk in front of cars and create openings.
@nix
you know it. That's exactly what we did.
I've officially escaped the parking lot. Traffic was hairy out there on all fronts.
Big HT to la familia de Baker for the tickey. I'd say a good time was had by all.
We parked in lot F and got out in three minutes. Sorry guys.
I'm surprised as anyone that a wormhole didn't open or that all matter didn't collapse onto itself as SoSG readers Mr C, Paul and I all converged over a Sam Adams (one each, not the same one).
SoSG picnic night getting more and more necessary. The collective Dodgers energy amongst readers is sure to be enough to propel us to the WS and beyond.
Finally at the hotel.
But in a span of 50 seconds I found out my back window went out and then I was nailed for a right turn on a no right red! The officer admitted he let the guy go in front of me and that is probably why I went. Damn local lights Shit this is an expensive trip.
Dodgers win. Was able to hang with Dusty and Mr. C. So all is well and worth it.
Oh and I blame kemp for my misfortune and ely for all things positive today.
Paul
Do we need to send RB out to get you out of legal jeopardy?
I might.
Right now I just need a beer and dad's buying so I will forget about the accusations.
Not guilty on all counts Paul.
Don't look now - Matt Cain 2-4.
Made you look!
Couldn't the Mariners have saved a couple runs?
The capper is that Mrs Dusty stepped up to the plate and ordered a ribbon board bday message for me tonight. It said "Happy 40th birthday, Kyle "Dusty" Baker".
Wow. Just...man, I have a great Mrs Dodger!
First and third, one out for Seattle.
And Milton Bradley strikes out. Bastard.
Ah, well. Still tied at the top.
Fack. Pods win.
Mrs. Dusty rules, Dusty!
Just saw that Sparky Anderson was at the Yard today. How cool.
Fuck the interleague play haters.
And great showing by Tigres fans tonight, BTW. Good turnout, and we were glad to have you.
There was a big Tiger fan turnout last night too.
Did Nancy Bea play "Hold That Tiger" again today?
Wait, you guys Ditched me when you knew I was in the house?
Harsh. I plan my revenge.
Crap, we forgot Neeebs!
I'll be back there to get you, just don't tell your mom we left you there. I don't want her to hold it against us.
Momma's not going to like this one bit.

Cuando amor no es locura, no es amor.
Es Verdad.
Neebs!!? I thought you were in the trunk?
Safe after a few more beers. Enjoying the Los Angeles night and wishing I packed a night cap to salute the hottest team in baseball.
Melting a cap in the rest of this day. What a great one it was.
See you boys and girls on the flip side.
Loving this MRSDUSTYRULESPGT
Other things I've been enjoying this morning:
- A cold can of coke and pretzel rods for breakfast
- Phillies getting 1-hit
- Nyger Morgan flipping out
- Matt Cain returning to form (pitching well but still losing)
- 12 for 13
@Dusty: I am in for a SOSG Stone Soul Picnic Night
Goooooooooood mornin VIetnam!
Wow, going to bed last night was so much easier than getting up this morning. Funny how that works.
Off to crack every joint in my body and work out the kinks. It must be the way Nomar felt every time he had to get ready for a game.
At some point, I'll change my avatar to a pic of the ribbon board message but we're just in too good of form for me to lose the Tusken Raider.
@DB 8.41
Somehow all I read was off for crack and joint.
Had to do a double take.
@Dusty Baker Mrs Dusty rocks! you're super lucky
