Post-Game 34 Thread: Four In A Row

Pretty sneaky, Sis.

DODGERS 6, DIAMONDBACKS 3

The Dodgers start their six-game road trip with a sweep of the Diamondbacks, marking their first four-game win streak of the year and clawing their way back to .500, a mark they have not overcome all season long. The heroics of Hiroki Kuroda (7.1 IP, 6 H, 3 R, 2 ER, 1 BB, 9 Ks), Hong-Chih Kuo with a two-out hold and Jonathan Broxton with a three-K save, was enough for the bats of Manny Ramirez (bases-clearing double with an 0-2 count in the seventh) and Andre Ethier (two-run HR in the fourth). Having your 3-4 hitters batting .385 and .393 is pretty potent, which is what we need entering a weekend series against the NL West-leading Padres (no starting pitchers yet named for SD). Hopefully we can connect more than four consecutive wins after tomorrow's off-day.

win division probability jumps from 13% to 31% even though we stay firmly in third place. hmmm.

It factored in that we still get to play the D'bags 12 more times.

We didn't have any adult supervision there for awhile. We were pretty well behaved, considering.

True that. It's better when you're winning

I'm going to have to cut myself off, or I am going to be up all night on this damn thing. Don't forget the off-day puzzle fix is on me tomorrow AM.

Night all!

Anyone happen to see Olivo's walk off HR bat flip skip kick combo from the rox game? Hilarious.

He is definately getting one in the ribs when they play next.

Just saw the clip. Heck, I want to give him one in the ribs

@Sax - are you in Japan to visit the boyhood home (and boyhood giftshop) of Hiroki Kuroda?

I am usually pretty open-minded to managers' decisions (they know more than me), but I had to yell at Joe for the quick hook on Belli1 last night. That was the only think I didn't like about last night's win. That and Steiner calling the game over before the 8th inning started.
