Is there day and night in hell? If so then yes, there's no traffic at night for the most part.
I saw them when we were out on Friday - everyone stopped to look - it was awesome!
they are called mammatus clouds because they look like.. *ahem* engorged booblies
Do these, umm, Mammatus Clouds produce, umm, fluids?
