1984 - The Death of Cool?

Let's take a moment and remember 23 years ago. The world welcomed the arrival of Ashlee Simpson, Lil Eazy E, LeBron James, and professional schmuck Marcus Vick. Autobots happily battled Decepticons, free of Michael Bay's bombastic direction. In The Terminator, Arnold Schwarzenegger treated windshields and cops like how he would later treat the state's education system. Fernando Valenzuela put up a 3.03 ERA and was rewarded with a 12-17 record for his troubles. And in 1984, Billy Squier did more damage to the planet's collective psyche than George Orwell could ever imagine. Watch if you dare.

BTW, this director did the smash Disney hit "High School Musical." Guess they didn't require a reel for the gig.

That choreographer had issues.

It was really nice when the Transformers could just battle in happiness. Alas, the halcyon days of yore.

Did anyone ever notice that He-Man and Skeletor might have been on HGH years before Bonds?
