Post-Game 87 Thread: Ryu Can't Do It All

"I am, I am, I am Superman."

CLE 5, LAD 4

What's a pitcher to do? Hyun-Jin Ryu struck out eight over seven innings, allowing two runs, while going 2 for 2 at the plate with an RBI. He left the Dodgers with a 3-2 lead in the eighth, but Brian Wilson finally had the implosion everyone but Don Mattingly saw coming, allowing Cleveland to take a 5-3 lead.

Scott Van Slyke (who threw out Asdrubal Cabrera at home in the fifth) made it closer with a solo homer in the eighth, but Matt Kemp flied out with two on to end the game. Dodgers go 4-3 on the homestand and leave for Colorado a half game behind the Giants, who lost again.
