Post-Game 52 Thread: Regressive Tendencies

ROCKIES 13, DODGERS 3

The genie that Don Mattingly stole his pocketful of miracles from must be pissed, because he's collecting his due, and with interest.

The Dodgers played like utter shite, making four errors, hitting into another two double plays (giving them ten in their past four games) and allowing three home runs en route to a fifth straight loss. The lone spot of sunshine was rookie Alex Castellanos going 2 for 3 with two RBIs.

The Giants are currently leading the Cubs 4-0 in the seventh and will move to four games out if they hold on. 1PM start for the Dodgers tomorrow as they try to stop the bleeding.

This team isn't gonna score many runs so Donnie B has to put his defensive team on the field. Tonight was garbage. 5 game losing streaks put me in a shitty mood!

And if there any doubts after the last trip to Denver, tonight should confirm that Linblom isnt suited for pitching in that park. His pitches simply do not break in that thin air. He doesn't throw with enough spin.

Cubs with a three-run HR in the ninth just to tease... 4-3 Giants, T9

Yep, final score, 4-3 Giants. Dodgers' lead down to four, which I guess is not catastrophic but still not good.

4 games up is still better than being 4 games down. Time for the Dodgers brass to figure some things out.
