Joe Mauer steps in wearing #42

Well played, Mauer.
I love how on GameDay every player shows up as #42 so you have #42 Wakefield pitching to #42 Span with #42 O-dog on deck.
#7*6
So, what number does Mariano Rivera wear today?
Dusty, where is the player's number listed on GameDay?
@Josh S: About to post on the Rivera number situation...
@ Josh
42 is the answer, but the Ultimate Question itself is unknown.

By GameDay I meant AtBat. I can't keep track of the nomenclature of all these MLB products.
ALthough I did just switch over to GameDay online and can see in the players listed on the left that they are identified as being #42.

I was waiting for a Hitchhiker's reference from you, Dusty, especially because of that copy you have next to the Simpsons guide.
@MLASF-
Sorry, couldn't hold it back any longer.
Pangalactic Gargle Blaster, anyone?
They taste strangely like a gin and tonic.
In honor of Jackie Robinson Day, the Dodgers plan to allow either 42 runs or 42 hits tonight.
