Steve Lyons, Astound Us With Your Masterful Insight

I don't know if he's giving advice to the Dodgers, or to a rock band about to take the stage. I think Steve needs that day off tomorrow, just like the rest of the team.

And apparently, Ronnie Belliard needs to play more according to his Formula For Success.

It's so captivating, it'll make your pants drop in astonishment.

During the World Cup, Univision would put up keys to the match in Spanish and they tended to be things like "Heart" and/or "Soul."

Well, except they were translated.

TV sports people are stupid all the world over.

I'm mesmerized by his platitudes and obvious "insight." We need to score more runs than our opponent!!!

I actually like him alot....I know that's weird.

It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown!

I may have missed it, but how'd you sneak into the suite life, Josh?

Josh S. said...

@rbnlaw: My wife's work owns a suite. Every so often they offer up tickets to the various departments. We finally lucked out and got a pair.

rbnlaw said...

Good for you. I'll never be that lucky.

Man, that Dilbeck piece on GA (I'm declaring "GAARP" retired, even if he hasn't yet.) made me all sad. I keep picturing him all alone in the lunchroom, then getting the news.

Another rough week ahead wherein I will have to keep from slicing my wrists when listening to games done by Collins and Lyons... its like 3 1/2 hours of fingernails running down a chalk board.
