Always Nice to See Your Name in Print

The New York Times' baseball sidebar today mentioned the following trivial tidbit about someone close to this blog:

Good Hands

Adrian Gonzalez of the San Diego Padres has been the busiest first baseman this season, handling 848 total chances and making only four errors. Steve Garvey holds the record for first basemen with no errors in 1,319 chances for the 1984 Padres.
