Ian Kennedy (19-4, 2.99) vs. Charlie Morton (9-10, 3.81).
Kennedy chases his 20th win and an outside position at the NL Cy Young Award, while the D'backs try and close their magic number to four by salting away a victory at home tonight. I suppose I should feel bad for the Pirates, outscored 28-4 in their last three games against the Dodgers (and outscored 30-10 in the series), but hey--when it rains, it pours; right, Morton?
Go Snakes!

Fuck. Given a 3-0 lead thanks to John Lackey's lameness, Baltimore starter Brian Matusz comes out in the bottom of the first and promptly gives up four runs.
Boston leads 4-3 after 1.
Better strap in for this one.
6-3 in the bottom of the second and the Red Sox aren't out of the frame yet.
Baltimore is letting this get away fast.
Baltimore scores 2 in the top of the third to make it 6-5
11-5 Boston in the bottom of the third. It's over... Boston will go back to 2 up on TB in the WC
Remember when I thought John Lackey would be a good addition for the Dodgers?
Me neither.
Bos 11, Bal 9, midway through the sixth
Angels lose in extras, to the Jays, 3-2. Brutal...
Stop spotlight-hogging, Kennedy!
Stupid Ian Kennedy I hate him so much he sucks.
But at least the Giants' tragic number shrinks to four!
FUCK the Giants!
