Angels 3,006,670, Dodgers 2,935,139

Arte Moreno 1, Frank McCourt 0. For the first time ever, the Angels have outdrawn the Dodgers. And the Angels still have four home games to go. Congrats, McCourt!

To be fair, that is 3,006,670 Angels fans.

If they counted the number of fans in their seats at 9:30pm, the Angels would only have 1.5 million.

I'm actually astounded it was still that high. Next year is gonna be interesting if we can't get our shit together.

Same here, Mr. C. I'm surprised we were in spitting distance of 3,000,000.

Only two solid home games kept us from 3 million. Pretty surprising.

My first baseball game was an Angel's/Indians game in '74. I was under ten, I guess 7... fell asleep around the 3rd inning and woke up in the car on the drive home.

Not that I like Frank or anything, but I'm pretty sure the score is Frank McCourt 7, Arte Moreno 1. Or, even better, Dodgers 50, Angels 1.

Furthermore, Frank and Arte are dead even at 0 for World Series appearances.
