Dana Eveland (1-0, 1.13) vs. Chien-Ming Wang (2-3, 4.19).
The Dodgers have split the first two games with the Nationals, and today they throw Eveland, who went eight innings against the Pirates in his last start (his first of the year). He's up against a pitcher who is known for his fall from Yankees' grace, as well as horrible wordplay deriving from his last name. I, however, will forsake such low-hanging fruit.
But I will say that I hope the Dodgers make the Nats take one on the Chien.
UPDATED 3:24p PT: Game has been postponed due to wet grounds; they'll play two games starting at 10a tomorrow. Great, now I have to think up another lame pun.

AUTO-POST.
(Or Sax is hip to the buzz about them trying to get them game in.)
^ the game
Dee Gordon (@skinnyswag9) on Twitter at 1:30 after apparently just hearing the news that the team was heading to the stadium:
Really?...
They called this game a rainout hours ago. Apparently they did a re-do and decided to play.
So now everybody can Wang Chien tonight.
Now it's OFF again.
I repeat, NO GAME.
Unless there is a game, in which case, there may be a game, unless it is canceled, meaning no game.
Tomorrow there will be two games, unless those are canceled. In that case there will be four games, or maybe one.
When they said "these games won't be played, probably end up with 159 game seasons for these clubs" i thought "watch them play all 3" lol
This game is on-again/off-again more times than... [fill in the blank].
{insert Neeebs Mom joke here}
@Josh S 1.27p: Yes, I was hip.
But no, there's no game.
Hip replacement more like it.
Ouch!
Well, we can scoreboard watch SF@SD (SF failed to score in the top of the first)
Will Venable homers off of Matt Cain's second pitch of the game.
1-0 SD after 1.
I have all six badges in the SF/SD game. No need to set a trap.
I also have all six in Cubs/Reds.
gnats-Mads are tied.
San Diego retakes the lead!!!
dammit, first and third with one out, and the padres can't score. sounds like the dodgers, pre-august.
2-1 SD after 7.
3-1 SD on a Cameron Maybin one-out triple, scoring Venable
SF calls for Mota from the pen
Padres up 3-1 through 8
leadoff single for the giants, negated by a 5-4-3 DP
FINAL, Padres win 3-1
SF falls to 6.5 back pending the outcome of the Arizona @ Colorado game
But can we still catch them? I'd settle for that.
We get to watch Trayvon Robinson on ESPN instead
*cries*
and Trayvon hits a homerun in the sixth to break up the no-hitter and scoreless tie
At least he's screwing the angels over.
Can't you just re-pun?
Fuck the Angels. I hate their overly-family friendly broadcasts. But it's all I have to watch tonight.
They are showing Primal Fear. Whatever happened to Erin/Katie?
162 badges...didn't have time to set any traps today.
227 badges.
No place, child!
