Hiroki Kuroda gives up 8 H and 6 ER in 1.2 IP, and it was all downhill from there. It's not like the Dodgers didn't have chances; James Loney ended 3-for-5 with 2 RBI (but killed any potential rally in the ninth with two on), and Blake DeWitt picked a tough night to add 3 RBI of his own. But with Jeff Weaver and Justin Miller each allowing another 3 ER, maybe it was better just conceding this game and hoping for better tomorrow.
Oh, and Garret Anderson got a hit, raising his average to .183. Whoop de frickin doo.
