Dodger Blogger Exclusive: $5 Field & Loge Seats for Kids

This news item, I mean. From a Dodgers press release:

DODGERS MAKE ALL FIELD AND LOGE LEVEL SEATS JUST $5 FOR KIDS

Second-half offer available two hours prior to game time at the box office only

LOS ANGELES – As part of their commitment to providing the best family-friendly experience in Major League Baseball, the Dodgers announced today that starting July 19, kids 14 and under can attend a Dodger game for just $5 with the purchase of every adult ticket on the Field and Loge levels. Two hours prior to each home game, families can purchase up to two $5 kids tickets per paying adult and sit in some of the best seats on the Field and Loge levels, including options behind home plate.

This special ticket promotion is available for every remaining home game, based on availability, and comes at the peak of summer as the pennant race heats up at Dodger Stadium.

I wonder if they are going to be checking ID's for this or if I could walk up with 2 friends and get primo tickets for $5.

Fuck, just what I don't want at the games - more kids.

The fine print, though:

"Availability begins two hours prior to game time, maximum of two $5 tickets per customer."

So you have to pay $15 to park to go up to the B.O. and hope for some availability. And not have more than two kids.
