New Dodger Scott Dergan probably won't join the team in time to start, so it'll be up to the ice-cold bats to scratch together a few runs. Giants this weekend, so things don't get much easier.

Its getting to the point where this team is obviously not a world series contender. So why even bother worrying about the post season.
I'm just going to try to enjoy the games for what they are.
Basically we are playing with 4 starting and 2 relief pitchers and not much else right now
The padres really look like we did last year. Counting on a lock down bullpen and a bunch of young arms. We had a better offense than they have right now but it really died down toward the end of the year and throughout the playoffs.
I'm still holding out hope. Maybe Karina has been getting to me, but I can't give up just yet.
where is Karina by the way? i read on yahoo news the Venezuela has been having massive internet problems.
I believe our boys in blue and have some pride. Despite the recent slump/setbacks I firmly believe we will give it a good run.
