The mortifying Giants comeback victory was thankfully anesthetized by great company at SoSG Fest 2010. More later, as I've gotta get back to drinking.

Still holding court at the bar.
I've calmed down a bit. Still plenty pissed, but not as uncontrollably violent. These bats need to wake up fast, and I expect a lot out of Theriot over the next two months.
Theriot is the answer.
Unsurpisingly, still here at the bar. Outlasted Dusty.
GAARP better step it up!!!
*cries*
Mr. C still at the bar? I missed out.
*curses*
Ive already started making my "LA (the)RIOT SQUAD" signs.
@paul
Chatting up the Aussie barkeep as we speak. I'm gonna need a cab, to say the least.
Mr. C's saving our table for SoSG 2: Electric Boogaloo.
^Fest
That Aussie barkeep, Kim, is a jewel.
She'll break your heart, Mr C.
@josh
It'll be the one with the dude in.a coma underneath.
@sax
Hopefully.
Just saw the the Padres got Ludwick from STL.
I hate that guy.
I have to honor myself after my 13th straight day of work with a trip to Bev Mo. I wish I had a better option but I might end up on the floor quick.
Joyce already photographed in a Cubbies uni:

Mr. C
You make me proud. I know that I think I am the best at conversation after a day of drinking. Some may disagree but I can't really hear them at that point anyways.
Like to send a shoutut to the Sons for their hospitality today and for organizing such a fine event. I'd take a bullet for you guys, especially if it the bullet was tipped with Jamesons*. What a great day for so many of us. Just served as a remonder of how much we love this place and what a unique asset it is for unrequited Dodger angst. You guys are the best!
*Not-so-obscure reference to the post-SoSG Fest beverages that Mr. C and I enjoyed.
As much as I think Chris Berman is a tired old goat, I have always liked his nickname for Dotel:
Octavio "Don't Ask" Dotel
That's just rich.
Thanks for idea Dusty. Going to restock on some that aged Catholic whiskey.
Permission to call Theriot "Wattsriot" for the next two months?
Didn't take much to push Paul over the line.
Betsy and her man: shout out
Sons: 42 shout outs
Josh: shout out
Mr. C: middle finger
Shout out: Carlos
isnt it a funny that the angels tagline for the season is "tradition" and they change their logo, colors, and location constantly.
Shout out: Rafael of the [redacted] bar staff. True Blue through and through.
@Nic
Watching Lost Angels of Cerritos Auto Square right now. They're not losing by enough for my taste.
watching the angels lose is the only thing i have left.
We had a blast! Thanks again for having us. We thought of a name for Belinda on the drive home...either ShameyJamie or JamieShamey. Which do you like better?
Thanks so much for having us, it was a blast meeting everyone, worth being stuck in traffic. since dewitt is gone who is going to make his att appearance?
haha, very good question betsy. Does Theriot take his ATT spot too?
I'm happy to sign autographs in place of Joyce DeWitt. Do I show up at some shitty strip mall AT&T store or what?
"ShameyJamie" sounds good.
Landed safe and sound.
Dang for missing the Snarkfest.
Sounds like you all had a blast.
Jorge Cantu: worst facial skin condition.
Seal begs to differ.
I stand corrected. I meant if MLB players.
Oh hey, the Padres lost. Um, hooray for not losing more ground.
crap, im actually rooting for the Pads now. Gotta keep the gints out of the playoffs.
Nice grill marks, Josh.
Those aren't grill marks. They're skid marks.
Kidding, Josh! You're a wiener!
Total letdown just moping around the house after such a momentous afternoon. Only red stripe tallboys And making sweet sweet love to raffy will even begin to soothe what aches me.
Another vote for ShameyJamie.
Sweet whatnow?
Delino: not a lil bish
No shoutout: KempKershaw
Josh: wiener
But we love him
ShameyJamie sounds like the kind of girl I would have liked to go to prom with but not actually date.
I like ShameyJamie too, to be Frank.
True or false:
Timmeh needs to wash his hair
Damn, that was a nice party, Sons. Thank you again!
Milhaus: little wiener
Are you guys still at the bar?
Dusty: a man that can hold his liquor
@Orel
No, home safely. We did stay awhile then Mrs Dusty ordered me to return as we have a canine emergency to deal with. I have to administer an eye drop to our dog every hour on the hour until tomorrow afternoon. I'll be up all night. Luckily, there is no sobriety test for administering the drops.
Dusty: a man that will also hold your liquor if you're not looking.
Anthony Weiner: not a weiner

Damn call of the wild made me take a quick detour but now I am home with anchor porter and Jameson reserve and a bit of a buzz already.
Gonna listen to some down existential indie rock to help stay in my Dodger funk. That is until the lyrics get too pretentious. Then on to some Check Your Head.
I love the transition from pretentious lyrics>Check Your Head.

Had a rad time, can't wait till the next one!
Now I just need to talk someone into getting rid of her red #5 jersey...
@Paul what kind of existential indie music?. I feel angry as I was when the Yankees series ended, so it's London Calling, Combat Rock and Green Day's Dookie for me(I can't sleep tonight)
If this continues, it's gonna be Dream Theater.
@Karina
The National's. album Boxer. Love the song green gloves.
Now that I'm more sober and more awake, I'd like to echo the sentiments expressed above. That was a damn fine get-together, apart from the whole soul-shattering loss thing. A big thank you to the lads for making it happen.
I'll take that middle finger as a sign of respect, Mr, Baker.
MMMmmmmmm....Dookie....
DB Good-lookin out with the Beasties sample collection. Joeski Love's Pee Wee's Dance is still the cut!
It brings up an important question though: does Paul have a boutique?
and speaking of the National(s)...
I went out last night after the game to watch the Mets game with Mrs FB and friend of mine and we went to a tiny place that had the MLB package. Somehow, watching those games was really enjoyable. It seemed like everybody I wanted to lose lost. The biggest soul-soother was watching Ryan Zimmerman hit a walkoff 3R homer against Brad Lidge. That and liquor
That was a sweet Nats win, indeed. Now for a series sweep! Go Nats!
So sorry I missed the fest, but had a fun time in that place called san Diego
