Lincecum, Giants Agree To Two-Year $23MM Deal (MLBTR)
So let me get this straight: The Giants offered $8 million and Lincecum filed for $13 million. And the Giants will end up paying Lincecum $8 million this year and $13 million this year. Plus a $2 million bonus paid over both years. Sounds like a pretty good deal for the Giants.

Can I also add that the "Playmakers" packaging and logo is totally uninspired. The package design is extremely boring and uncreative.
It says Tim Lincecum but looks like Aaron Rowand.
The package says highly poseable. I wonder if he can be posed in "bong" mode.
The packaging does correctly note that being a Giant implies a certain level of choking hazard.
