As per Buster Olney, only the Washington Nationals and one other team are interested in free agent Chien-Ming Wang, and we ain't the ones behind that door number two:
The Dodgers watched Wang throw twice this week but apparently have decided not to make an offer. The Mets, another team that has remained interested in Wang, also have not extended a formal offer, according to sources.
Dodgers officials saw nothing in Wang's throwing session that would dissuade them from signing him, a source with knowledge of the situation told ESPNLosAngeles' Tony Jackson.
But the sticking point, according to that source, was that Wang and his agent, Alan Nero, were seeking more guaranteed money than the Dodgers were willing to pay for a pitcher whose rehabilitation following his surgery last July has yet to progress to the point of Wang actually throwing off a mound.If the Los Angeles Dodgers were the "other" team Wang was considering, they aren't anymore.
Wang is supposedly going to make his decision in the next seven to ten days.
UPDATE 12:56p: Jon Heyman of SI tweeted that the Dodgers are not interested in stroking Wang. Well it is hard to get excited now, indeed.

It keeps getting better.
HLACK, I keep trying to keep propping up the Wang comments for you.
Can you imagine Chien-Ming Wang pitching to Brian Bocock?
I thought this was the wang derby.
@HLACK: Or to Billy Muffett?
@Josh S: for a second there I thought that was NSFW
@Sax

I don't get the Mike Sweeney one.

I guess Manny has a nice structured settlement with the Sox! Maybe the Dodgers have to pay Andruw jones $500 every year for the next 4000 years.
"Dixon, Wang. Get up. You're going in!"
Bullpen call I'd like to hear.
I, too, am happy my Dodgers are Wang watchers no more.
Nads beat us to Wang? Dang. We pulled out too early.
In English football, there is a guy named Seyi Olofinjana who plays for Hull. So much to do with that name.
