Nostradamus said...: I think I mentioned it in a previous poll (I think it was along the lines of "would you give up a year of your life for a guaranteed championship), but I wouldn't find the game quite so interesting if I knew what the final result was going to be. There's no fun in predestination.

How would you feel if the Dodgers went on an epic spending spree, somehow acquired Pujols, Halladay, J Santana, Greinke, Mauer, Utley, and K-Rod, raised payroll to $250m+, and as a result won 5 consecutive championships?
	Awesome!! 5 rings, baby! Winning is all that matters.
	Ughh! Why did we do this? Buying a championship defeats the purpose.
