Random rantings and ravings about the Los Angeles Dodgers, written by a small consortium of rabid Dodger fans. With occasional comments on baseball, entertainment, pop culture, and life in general.

And Disneyland is right there next to the beach, too!
No Dodgers on the Final Vote. That's kinda disappointing.
Agreed, except it's hard to argue about the final vote nominees (esp. Votto).
I was hoping Furcal might find his way either on the backups or the Final Vote. He's been probably the second best shortstop in the National League.
Absolutely re Furcal. I think his surge was just a little too late. And not that I wish injury on anyone, but there's always a chance he could be named later to fill in for someone. Like if someone puts a hit out on Omar Baby.
Joining Braun in the NL outfield will be Dodgers slugger Andre Ethier, who will make his All-Star Game debut after garnering 2,784,419 votes. Ethier becomes the first Dodgers outfielder to be elected to start the All-Star Game since Darryl Strawberry in 1991.
That's all they say about Ethier. Fan-fucking-tastic.
Even us people in Texas know that the 5 is a piece of shit. 710 to the 91, back to the 5, exit Gene Autry Way.
Or you could just go to Angelo's on State College. Beer is cheaper, food is better, and the car hops are friendly.
Happy 4th to all from San Antonio. Taking the kids to the Snake Farm in New Braunfels today before we light up the night.
I can't wait to light up the night.
Oh, wait, you meant fireworks.
DL-users?
Shawn Green actually appeared for the Dodgers in an All-Star Game (2002), but he wasn't elected.
Typo. DH-users.
Been fixed.
Agreed about Furcal - and I'm the Mets guy around here - he deserved it more than Reyes.
And just to be clear, there were likely others who were even more deserving than Furcal.
