DBAGS 3, DODGERS 2
Where is FDR to take us off the gold standard? Or at least to replace Rick Honeycutt and advise Dodger pitching not to throw to Diamondback 1B Paul Goldschmidt. Goldilocks, after already homering two times during the series, took both Clayton Kershaw and Kenley Janson deep tonight, leading the Dbags to a 3-2 win and a sweep of the series. Even William Jennings Bryan was quoted as saying, "Damn, this Goldschmidt guy may be onto something."
Tonight's loss was the Dodgers' seventh in a row, plenty to keep us in last place in the division. Making matters worse, Adrian Gonzalez had to leave the game after re-aggravating a lingering neck issue on a play he should not have been trying to make.
Time to panic and make a run on the banks, folks.

Make we should have some Goldschlager shots.
Awesome PGT Dustometer
I've moved from Newcastle Brown to glasses of Rioja.
And I'm not done.
Woo-hoo! I have more time to come up with a prize!
I'm also a selfish bastard.
Switching over to Red Wings v Ducks to root against another Anaheim team.
It's all I have left tonight. That, and a lot of beer.
Fuck, Ducks won.
Fuck a duck.
Hey Dusty, I'm back to savoring Angels losses. It helps that we're two games ahead.
We're on the same page, Gnomes.
^ Just like our time in Congress.
Hiyooooooo!!!
@Dusty: I am laughing at both the FDR comment and your page comment. Next drink at the SoSG bar is on me
^ FDR post
Cheers, Sax!
Boo, Dodgers lose!
Yay, I'm going to win a prize!
Come on Dodgers, Miami has the worst win percentage in the MLB. This should be a gimme.
Oh, wait.. Magill has a 7.88 ERA...
Eek!!
S.P.O.S.
I like how our infield was made up of bench players.
I learned more from this PGT than I did in history class.
My hangnails have hangnails. Switching to auto racing. Heading to Laguna Seca for ALMS. At least when they crash you can see what caused it.
This is pretty bad, ladies and gents.
we'll figure something out. it's gonna get better
@BJ
Great comment. Sounds like the beginning of a GT theme.
Thanks DB: Gotta give my nails a break. Will send back any cool racing photos (Scott's, not mine...I can write, but can't shoot for shit). We have a few fancy dinners with our host Mazda, but will catch the game on MLB TV when we get back to the hotel.
Picked up my Dodgers Yankees tix for June 18th. I hope they have won by then.
Of course James Loney is hitting .385.
