Slow day
*tumbleweed*
So.
There's a game is there?
So are Collins and Lyons on permanent vacation? Please say yes?
Spanks version of Dodger lineup
Kemp,Kid K,Ethier, I see Furcal? and other uniformed personnel.
bases juiced in the bottom of the first, one out
that tumbleweed just knocked over Andre, he's out 6-8 weeks
hey, we scored!
i'll take it!
@fred, I'm only watching GameDay--are you saying Ethier is injured?
no that was meant as a joke
*knocks on wood*
Loney pops up to the infield with the bases juiced. Way to go, James.
nope, we can only score ONE run, on a bases-loaded walk.
1-0 Dodgers after one.
yuck
I am listening to the Texas broadcast on At Bat on my phone. There is either nobody at the game or the announcers are in Arlington watching it on TV
Uribe gagged on a ball hit to third
Barajas can't handle a pitch, runners move to 2nd and 3rd
Chris Davis does what James Loney couldn't - sac fly ties it at 1.
Unearned run against Clayton
Saxy, could you provide any hints as to when (if?) a Second Annual SOSG Fest might be? I would like to come out from some games and it would be sweet if it could be combined with SASOSG Fest
1-2-3 inning for the Dodger bats
Gary Numan - Cars playing at the ballpark
There was a Kool G Rap version of Cars that was interesting
Gary Numan's Chameleon is pretty dope too
Dodgers in midseason form.
*cries*
Joe Block isn't bad on PBP, but Eric Collins has set the bar really low.
He puts the wrong emphasis on "Furcal," though.
He also tends to state the obvious or restate what Josh just said.
Soft singles all around, 1st and 3rd, 1 out
Clayton's first earned run of the spring. Murphy dumps a ball into right that Dre can't get to, a run scores, Andrus caught between the bases
time to go eat meat
There IS a game...
...that we're winning, even!
Gahddamn, that looks like a fine establishment, FB.
At the game we dont look as crappy as Sunday when I wad here.
hey, i just got back and we're still winning. what's going on ?
@FB 1:47p: thanks for the shout-out. We've got some scheduling issues to work out--namely, that a couple of our key Sons might be on gigs out of the LA area--but we'll try and iron that out shortly.
However, I should point out that we had SoSG Fest 2010 at a bar during an away game. If you're coming all the way out here, wouldn't you want to see a Dodgers home game as well? (I suppose you could do it over a Sunday-Monday stay, possibly)
Clayton not looking so sharp. Is GameDay f'ing with me, or does he have 28 pitches with only one ball?
Uribe's natural position is supine on the couch with a bag of cheetos
@FV
Uribe's natural position is "going back for thirds"
Common misconception.
It's not out of the question that the regulars couldn't schedule their own unsanctioned activities either.
Alert the Dutch: Holland is DONE
Kempy Kempy with a 3-pitch K
Uribe grounds to third on one pitch, so we're doing great so far
FJL flies out on one pitch.
Five pitches, three outs. Way to be aggressive, Dodgers!
We got subs in, what us de Jesus batting, I'm not on gameday.
And kershaw still in what's his pitch count.
Mrs. May with the productive out...
I thought it was mr misty may
Oh, I think we know who wears the testic...I mean, pants in that relationship.
Jerry Sands sounds more like a name for an aspiring comedian than a baseball player, but at least he's still out there trying.
err, maybe not.
He has a cool song
Hey. we're winning again.
I thought Matt Kata was working at Foot Locker now.
@Saxy - I was thinking about that and hoping that if it was again at a bar to watch a road game, it would be for the game or two after a home stand. Obviously, a lot of things would have to come together for that to happen so hope is all I got at this point :)
@FB: not sure if we can arrange a right-after-a-homestand date, but please know that we want all of the SoSG regulars to attend. We will try to give more headsup this time...
Where my dogs at?
Someone say SoSG?
Thanks, Saxy. Maybe it'll work out somehow.
