Aaron Harang (1-2, 5.24) vs. Juan Nicasio (2-1, 5.35).
The NL-best Dodgers (21-11) are on a mini-roll. After a rough road trip in which they dropped series to the Rockies and Cubs — although they remain unswept — the Dodgers are once more enjoying home cooking. They took two of three from the second-place Giants, whom they currently lead by six games, and a victory tonight would give them at yeast a second straight series win. Last time they matched up, Nicasio got the better of Harang, then proceeded to give up six earned runs to the Braves in his next start. Harang, formerly of the Cincinnati Breads, got a no-decision in his next start, against the Cubs, but gave up only two earned over six innings. Butter up!
