What a night for L.A. sports fans. First, congrats to the Kings, who are headed to the Stanley Cup Finals! Only four more wins to go!
A few miles away at Chase Field, Aaron Harang dug a hole early, allowing five earned runs over 4 1/3 innings. It was 6-1 going into the seventh when the Dodgers exploded for five runs (aided by two Diamondback errors) to tie it up. Josh Lindblom coughed up a go-ahead solo home run to Lyle Overbay, but Ivan De Jesus hit a two-out, two-RBI double in the top of the ninth to put the Dodgers ahead for good.
Kenley Jansen squeaked out the save, and the Dodgers' win streak is at six as they move to 30-13 and stay seven games ahead of the Giants. Exhale!

Exhale? Oh, so that's what I forgot to do today.
I was waiting to exhale.
I just got my groove back.
I have now been able to locate the groove. It's in the heart.
30-13 is good, right?
The depth of hula groove.
"30-13 is good, right?"
Let's wait and see what SI has to say first.
Why are the Dodgers ranked so low? It's simple: All of their wins came against teams that lost to the Dodgers.
Not as good as the Cardinals, obviously. They would never debase themselves to all those games by a single run.
^to win
Yeeeaaahhh!!! Hahahahaha! Suck it, Arizona!
Epale,y'all! Did I miss something?
SPARKS WIN!
I hear we just dropped in the SI.com Power Rankings.
Woot! I love the guy on the south side of the rink who sprung out of his chair and grabbed the top of the glass, almost looked like he wanted to jump over onto the ice! The fact that players don't celebrate or touch the trophy made me realize that players celebrate a bit too much in baseball, after every round it seems and even clinching a wild card :?
Angels top the Power Rankings because Pujols reached a third of Kemp's home run total.
It's simple!
holy macaroni!
this was quite the treat to wake up to this morning! I went to bed after the Bloomquist double in the 5th and the Kings had just sent two to the box at virtually the same time. I am going to watch the fun innings when I get home tonight. I will say I would have Marla-ed a wall after the Lindblom gave up the homer in the 8th, so I am kind of glad I didn't see that
I still can't believe we won that game.
