Please pardon me if this seems out of taste, but if it had been the cops who beat Brian Stowe, or either of the two wanted thugs, there would have been cell-phone video aplenty of the incident.

The fact that it has taken this long to get ONE suspect is a disgrace. You know that beating was recorded.
