First inning: Matt Kemp guns down Carlos Gonzalez at the plate. That didn't surprise me.
Third inning: Dodgers load the bases. That didn't surprise me. They end up scoring four in the inning. My eyebrows: raised.
Fifth inning: Jamey Carroll triples. Okay, that's...unusual. After an Andre Ethier single and RBI, James Loney homers! At home! And he pulled it! Whaaa?????
Seventh inning: Chad Billingsley completes his day with a bases-loaded, inning-ending double play by Dodger killer Troy Tulowitzki. What is...going on?

Dudes, I called this game, check the Game Thread.
Now, tomorrow--that's another story.
These are the Dodgers playing to the expectations. That's it.
^Love the attitude.
The world did actually end and we are finally out of purgatory?
(makes sweet, sweet love to bills' thighs)
if there's ever been a time to (dry hump Loney), it's now.
he's still not back yet, though.
Loney is going to have to hit about 20 more HRs or so to be tendered a contract next year.
Hopefully he can do it.
I love that Loney looks completely terrified when he connects for a home run.
Just snagged a ticket to Donnie Bobblehead night. Taking myself to a game for my birthday (which isn't until Friday, but they're out of town then).
StubHub for the win. Field level behind home plate for about 30 bucks (including fees.).
I'm going to go, too. What section are you in?
Heh...R.U.N.
Field 3, Row Y.
Smell my arm
Just got my ticket, Josh. Field 2, Row X. Not far away at all. Will see you there.
Josh S and Dusty: only you can prevent storage room fires
Shit! I just remembered the SoSG 500 continues in 6 hours. I best get some sleep.
Nah!
Shit! I just remembered my vacation this week got cancelled. I best get some sleep.
Nah!
@Spank 8:39 pm thanks but I've realized some confidence makes you a winner :)
(stops playing with matches)
Yo! Race car game!
Some of us gotta work.
I'm waiting for the racecar game, too!
Have to drive now. Guess it means I lose a round. How ironic that driving would make me lose a driving game.
1 lap!
@Dusty 8:03p: LOL
I was at the game. Husband and I were sure they would lose, just from the simple fact they had won the day before. Great day and great game. $1 Dodger dogs - we finally paid what they are worth.
