COMMENTS: On perhaps the second-most important day in 2010 Los Angeles sports history (the first-most important day coming in late October), the Dodgers take on the Reds vying for a rare road sweep. And the only thing standing between us and a weekend series at Boston that will be hyped to death is...Bronson Arroyo. Will we make Arroyo grande? Or will a Dodgers victory be just the first step in a full day of Los Angeles team victories?

This strike zone is baffling. Yesterday it was extremely and even unfairly low. Today the ump is sometimes calling low balls as strike and at other times calling pitches to the same spot as balls. I would be frustrated as a player or manager. Pick a strike zone and stick to it, wherever it may be.
