Be My Broheim Round 1 Results

Please verify...

If correct, looks like Greg was the Macauley Culkin of the group, snagging a '7' when he's only a '2'. Well done! Paul has always been into charity. Interestingly, Jason and MLASC were the only like-numbered pair, and there were a lot of folks with 2 and 3-pt differentials.

Next round Friday. And sorry for you folks who had a low rating (although in some ways having a high rating could be a burden. You're penalized a lot more if you go Broheimless, and it's a lot harder to mate upwards), it was just luck of the draw. Everyone is re-rated for the new round!

rofl. I knew I was going to be low, I just had no idea I was that low. Time to go back to simply being GregNoPhoto, maybe that name will generate more love.

MB, sorry, I should have accepted you to save both of us!!

also, interesting that there was no 10 generated.

At the end of this I'll be sure to run some stats to see how the 10's do vs the 1's, and the relative performance of each scoring component.

I'm broheimless, but not last, so there's that.

My 1 is confirmed! I had a bad feeling when I got the ratings last night and saw there was no 1. Then I got no requests... Oh well. At least I only lost 1 point!

Extraneous apostrophe alert on EK's 2:24 comment!

Hey, that's all I've got. I broheimed and still got jack shit for it. Now I just want to kill Kill KILL!

When can we get back to the killin'? I'm a fighter, not a lover.

Taking a closer look at the results, I find it fascinating and somewhat inspiring that Greg, a 2...a TWO!...is tied for the lead.

And our three "9's" are all around the middle of the pack.

While it's certainly easier on the ego, I truly wonder if it's an advantage or disadvantageous to have a high rating.

ya, frankly I was surprised paul accepted. but thankfully, I had mb's invite so at least I would've come out with a 0 for today.

Higher numbers will have a lower potential reward, but a higher number of choices, so they will probably never do poorly, but they won't do great, either.

No apostrophe, EK! God dammit, man. You're killing me.

Urinalysis assumes participants made the most logical choices available when choosing with whom to broheim, as opposed to simply accepting or rejecting people based on fear of future rejection, time limits, sheer randomness (in my case), etc.

I should have broheimed Marla because I feel like listening to Styx.

I'm just going to listen to "Miss America" without you, Spank.

Greg Hao said...

@db - i agree, why do people put apostrophes after that shit? It should be 9s!

I feel bad for Mr. Dr. I was already a 7 (pretty popular) but he included me into the highest echelon of cool society and look what he got for it. Thanks for being my Broheim. Maybe we can go after class to beat on some nerds.

Wow, surprised I was a 9. I agree that it is kind of a disadvantage having a higher number.
