I had a particularly shitty day at work today, even by the generally shittastic standards of a regular day in the life of someone who has to deal with internal government bureaucracies as well as the state and federal elected branches of government, bookended by some continuing bad health news regarding not one but two of my immediate family members, but by re-reading this limerick thread tonight, I was made to laugh til I almost (cried) and to really feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel, or if there isn't, then at least I will be entertained along the way.
I was also reminded that I am capable of composing very long sentences.
So to the SoSG Family*, I just wanted to say thanks for continuing to provide such an informative and entertaining domain for all of us knuckleheads.
