Clayton Kershaw (2-1, 4.43) vs. Roberto Hernandez (2-1, 3.98)
IT'S ARRUEBARRENANABOBANAFEEFIMOMANNA TIME! Hanley Ramirez is getting a (needed?) day off, meaning today marks the major league debut of 25-million-dollar-man Erisbel Arruebarrena. Word on him is "slick fielder, can't hit," so I guess that makes him Bizarro Hanley. I wonder if that also means his helmet stays on.
It will also be interesting to see* if Kershaw's disastrous last start was as flukey as can be, or if there's something really wrong. Hoping it's the former, because this team really can't take any more bad news.
*And by "see," I mean "not see," because no, you still don't have SportsNet LA.

No Kemp, no Urine, no Hanley. Hoo boy.
No Urine? See your doctor immediately.
I hope Kershaw is out of his funk...because funk is bad..bad funk, bad.
We need to come with a name for Arruebarrena. Fast.
Can't see a fucking thing, Vinny!

@DB...Charley saying he likes to go by Eri. I'm not sure that thats colorful enough for our group though!!
Rain coming down in Philly. Hard.
Not sure when the game came back on. I just popped over and it's bot of 4. Kid gives up hit and walk to 1st 2 hitters. Phils on 2nd and 3rd, 1 out. Rain coming down again. 2-0 Blue.
Are we back?
Kid gets out of the jam. He's at 70 pitches and Blue lead 2-0 after 4.
@Orel...We are back but rain is falling pretty hard.
Hmmm. Don't break Kid K, Donnie!
Charley telling story about Yasiel. Night before last in NY while Puig was in the on deck circle he saw a quadriplegic guy in a wheelchair. He left the on deck circle, went into the dugout and grabbed 2 bats and 2 balls and gave them to the guys buddy. Dodger broadcasters did not know about this until a Met fan emailed the team. After giving the stuff to the guy and his bud, Yasiel went to the plate and hit a homer.
Since giving up walk and double to first two hitters after the rain delay, Kid has got 6 in a row, striking out 5 of them.
The Kid goes out after 6 with 100 pitches. League comes on in 7th and loads the bases with no outs. J.P. coming in.
this goddamn bullpen
wow, great catch by Crawford!
That had a muff and 3 runs scored all over it
Rollins chops to third and Figgins comes home for the second out. Ruiz will hit a bases clearing double though
wow, JP gets out of it! Ruiz flies softly to right to end the inning
Wow. J.P. comes in with bases loaded and no outs and shuts down Philwees with only 7 pitches. 2-zip Blue going into 8th.
FB!!! So glad you're here. I hate these "alone" games!
Let's get some insurance, please. I feel we're gonna need it
Dre gets us going!
How will we strand him?
yo K-Money!
It's sad that we are the only ones who can watch the games. Do you have Time Warner or live out of the region?
CC safe after Bastardo's look toward third, not sure what he saw there
FB...I've got Time Warner. One of the few of us who can get it.
AJ flies out, nobody moves up, still first and second, now with 1 out, Hairy Ballerina up
Hairy Ks again, Hanley up
Hanley hits a high fly ball to Gwynn, we still can't get that hit
FB...Hairy Ballerina? You make me laugh.
Brian Wilson in. He's been doing a lot better, kind of like League. That means he'll give up 4 runs here
ugh, Charlie talking about that troyfromwestvirginia dude who is now stalking Brian Wilson
Holy shit, it's still 2-0?
Wilson wins the 10-pitch battle with Utley with a backdoor slider
Hairy ballerina? I like it. Or, Black Swan
big fastball up gets Byrd
Wilson with two K's... Looking good
Wouldn't want to run into him in a dark alley, but from the safety of my livingroom I'm really loving Brian Wilson.
Crawford tracks down the fly ball, great inning for Wilson
Great inning for Wilson... I'm losing my fear of the beard
Is Donnie going to get any credit for assembling today's lineup?
@Orel...I'm kinda in a place where I don't want to give Donnie credit for anything.
Kenley Time.
AG with a bad day at the plate. If he or Hairy Ballerina get just one hit, we'd be up a bunch of runs
C'mon, Kenley? How 'bout a 1-2-3?
Revere battles but grounds to second for 1
2 down.
1! 2!
Kenley Ks Hernandez for 2
Old friend/current foe TGJ up.
CC catches the fly for 3!
Partymakin time!
1-2-3!
That's it. We win!!
High 5's all around!
