@Yankees *slow clap*. Shiny objects are nice, but the best thing to ever come out of The Bronx is a Dodger: pic.twitter.com/COAvKgBNZ6

Hyun-Jin Ryu (6-2, 2.85) vs. Hiroki Kuroda (6-5, 2.78).
Yesterday's rainout gives us the opportunity to see Dodger Present vs. Dodger Past. Since he left the Dodgers, Kuroda has gone 22-16 with a 3.17 ERA and a 1.130 WHIP for the Yankees. So, thanks for cheaping out on that, Frank McCourt.
At least we've got Rookie of the Year candidate Ryu, who gets it done on the mound and with the bat. Except we're at Yankee Stadium so not so much with the bat today.

We just hit 1,400 followers on the Twitters. I want to hit 2,000 before the season's over.
(Hey! No jokes about how the season's already over!)
We can do it. Need more free Dodgers tickets and more Killeen photos and more awesome blogs!!
Need. More. Beer.
All this Donnie hype is making me barf.
Looks like a beautiful day at the Yard in NY today.
Other than all those Yankmes uglying up the scene.
WTF is Puig doing??
Nice work, Monster.
I guess this isn't the Game 58 PGT? =(
I see we Puig already has a hit. I see my liver on the floor. I do not see a beer within reach. This has to change.
Is there anyone at the game? On the radio it sounds like there are more Dodger fans than Yankee fans there.
I am displeased.
Brought my radio to work. Still need Gameday so I know what the score is.
Dodgers doing an EXCELLENT job of staying out of the DP.
How many balls hit in the infield do I have to be forced to see in one god damn game?
KCAL 9 has the game. Mercifully, I'm working from home on a project so I can sorta keep up.
Lineout =/
@BJ: You need more blogs? Wow, I'm suddenly sad.
2-0 Yanks, B3, one out, Cano on first.
Dodgers have TWO errors already. Must have been all that hard work yesterday.
AGon single. Hanley doubles. AGon stops at third. No out, Ethier up. How will we manage not to score this time?
XBH!
Jon Heyman @JonHeymanCBS 50s
shocking how many dodgers fans there are at The Stadium today, & i'm not just talking about stan kasten, either
HA HA HA
<< Andre Ethier lines into a double play, pitcher Hiroki Kuroda to third baseman David Adams. Adrian Gonzalez out at 3rd. Two out. >>
Holy cow. Second and third, none out, and Ethier hits it right back to Kuroda, who throws to third to force Gonzalez for the second out.
And then Uribe promptly grounds out to strand Hanley at second.
YOU ARE KILLING ME, DODGERS
hahahahahahaha
Ethier you are killing me
and not softly
(except for your weak-ass hits to Kuroda)
A Whole New FUCKING SHIT
why are you guys all laughing? I'm crying.
Laughing is the stage before crying. Or maybe after.
THAT JOKE MAKES NO SENSE, JON HEYMAN.
Bases loaded for T. Neal.
Ryu with RA in the 5th, approaching 100 pitches.
"SCOUT: Hyun-Jin Ryu has thrown 90 pitches but has plenty left in the tank, with his fastball sitting at 89 over the past 10 pitches."
Wow, good job, Ryu!
Ryu out of it. At 96 pitches, though.
Don't worry, our bullpen — oh shit.
Ground hold. 30 minutes stuck in a stuffy plane with screaming kids. Get to watch a little at least.
@Sax: more of your good blogs!!
@BJK: a.k.a. Hell on Earth
Dear MLB:
I pay a fortune for MLB tv. Why am I forced to watch stupid ass commercials. I hate you.
Sincerely,
BJ
@Orel: I'm used to it. I'm a Dodgers fan. Lmmfao.
Hanley's doing his part. 3 for 3 today.
Surprised his single didn't bounce off a rock and carom directly to the first baseman.
I think Scout is contradicting itself.
First and second, no out! Time for a triple play.
Epale, everyone!
just for the record, season will be over when the Dodgers are mathematically eliminated and it's not even the All-Star break! i find your lack of faith disturbing!
can't stay, gotta catch a bus to Westwood, see you later, crazy school week for me!
Schu: In play, no out. But no run?
RANCHO ARDIENDO
Epale, Karina! Thanks for dropping by!
anything but a DP
anything but a DP
anything but a DP
A run, I guess. Whee.
What are these strange runs you speak of?
@Karina
We find your lack of commenting disturbing!
IN PLAY, RUN(S)!
I should say "run" not "runs".
This means we'll get a meaningless homer in the 9th and lose by one.
SEMI DAMMIT!
3-2 Yankmes top of 7th.
Okay, this means the Yankees will score one more, then we'll get a meaningless homer in the 9th and lose by one.
Charley, bases loaded is three runners, not two.
Unless Uribe is one of them.
C'mon Punto, just get Puig up there.
Well-shat.
PINCHE PUNTO!
Who was that goat singing GBA?
Fuck this game I'm out of here.
Until the next game today.
If that play doesn't get Belisario released, I don't know what will.
FOUR ERRORS TODAY? I mean, that's it?
MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Puig double, Hanley line-drive HR makes it 6-4 Yankees. THANK YOU, BELISARIO.
Is it possible to make Mariano throw a lot of pitches so he's not available for Game 2?
IT'S COOL GUYS JUST GOTTA SCORE AT LEAST THREE OFF MARIANO TOTALLY DOABLE.
PGT up!
