Clayton K. (8-4, 3.23) vs. Dillon G. (8-2, 3.47).
The intrepid Dodgers go for a season-high six-game losing streak tonight while also looking to hand the Mets a four-game sweep. But that will only happen if the bats can continue to not show up, as Kershaw figures to keep the Mets in check in his last start before the All-Star Game. The Mets are weakened without Jose Reyes, David Wright and Ike Davis, but despite that handicap, the Dodgers will push hard to come through with another loss.
Sax's note: SoSG Alex Cora and I will be at tonight's game, field level, third base side. As usual, leave a comment in the thread and ping us with an email if you want to grab a beer or four!

Whoa.
Obviously, the numbers in Marla's lineup do not correspond to the expected number of adult beverages to be consumed by the respective commenter during this game.
Well, maybe for Dusty.
They are the respective rankings indicating who is the most likely to streak during a game, with one being the lowest and nine being the highest.
I'm as surprised with Spank's standing as the rest of you.
Are you saying that I'm the Urine of the lineup?
(cries)
Four beers? (cries)*
*for fiscal reasons
I think that's a fairly accurate prediction for both beverages consumed and likelihood to streak.
So long as there is no limitation on adult beverage volume, I will concur.
One is only limited by one's 401(k) early withdrawal penalties, Mr. C.
That is why I am building my retirement fund in a 401(cocktail) account.
The ever-prudent gin-heavy investment strategy.
3rd base line, field level.
You'll never find me.
I can see Roberto from my seat.
We can see you, NicJ.
Keep your hands off that woman's breasts.
NicJ, I'm wearing a Dodgertown shirt.
I'd take it, but I know we'd just give it right back.
There's a game in this commenter-lineup stuff, I just know it.
The Kid is pitching, so maybe we'll take the road less traveled and keep this one in the bank.
epale everyone!
three innings and Gee already has 6 Ks, stinkin' badge :(
Jason, I LOVE you avatar
in another news,we're winning! sucky run but I'll take it
Epale Sistah!!

*streaks out with RISP BUT makes a great defensive play*
Clayton is dealing tonight
NicJ, where are you?
Queueing for a beer. The lines are interminable.
Time for Angry Birds.
I hate victorputo
How is the crowd Saxy?
New logistics idea for Dodger Stadium

Hey Fernie. Crowd is ornery. It's a humid nIght, the game is still tense, and they must have run out of bobbleheads (at those discount prices) because there are empty-handed people walking on the concourse offering $25 for a bobblehead.
I'm still stuck in a beer line.
just lost my live look-in how is kemp doing.
Bison, Urine!
Yeah! Go Baby Go
it's awesome when your first bat hets on base with no outs...
Come on Loney wake UP!
*rubs eyes*
WHAAAAAAAAA???
Shitty call, but Loney wouldn't have done anything anyway.
Hah!
We've got life folks, we should ask the boys is there really is a heaven.
Looks like the Mets are running into some...
double trouble.
YEEEEEAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH
Double D's are my favorite
@Fernie of course it is! it's Dodger blue for sure! (though this season feels like purgatory or hell, depending how much of an optimist you are)
We've got wood, repeat
We've got wood.
It's turning Karina, I can feel it.
I got chills and they're multiplying
Huh? Gameday says "Dioner Navarro triple" but it's not followed by "cheeseburger."
was it true? a Navarro triple? did he need some oxygen when he got to third?
the outfielders must of crashed into each other.
I love the way you think, Fernie
Hey, when did they stop showing GBA on TV?
Not that I'm complaining.
Josh S, you have just won Comment of the Night.
Please report to the Top Deck for your prize.
6 runs tonight 5 runs total this weekend.
Woooooooo!!!
Our starting rotation after the break should be:
Clayton Kershaw
Kerton Clayshaw
Layton Cershawk

That right there? Favorite moment of the season, hands down.
I was cursing the names of all the gods for making me have to work tonight. Mets. Ethier Brooklyn Bobble.
Now I realize it was merely a test.
Nice to see one of my teams do well. Why couldn't it have been against the F'ing Giants?
Josh R. RTs Josh S!

Just got back from the Yard. It was December 63 one might say. Amazing. Sold out night, electric crowd. Beautiful night at Chavez Ravine. Fuck the haters for boycotting. Support the players and workers.
That is all.

Sorry I missed you guys tonight, Sons. I was a man of the people and didn't have access to you bourgeois types.
