This Cliff Lee thing is confusing. Weisman said the Phillies pulled him back, but no article specifically mentions that. I know Amaro said, "He's not going anywhere," but that sounds like posturing. Why put him on waivers if he's not going anywhere? (And yes, I know how waivers work, but if "he's not going anywhere," there's no reason to put him on waivers.)
