SOSG Steve Sax -- Didn't quite make it to this one, unfortunately, but I'll get to one of the other games on those vouchers. Helen was a little sunburned after the Saturday DT picnic, so we decided to skip it since it wasn't clear whether we'd be able to get tix in the shade.
What a game! I was there watching with a few friends. With Braun up and two outs the crowd rose to its feet and my friend jokingly said, "Wouldn't it be funny if he hit a bomb right now?" One pitch later, his prediction came true. I told him we were just setting the game up for a walk off winner for Manny. Well, I got it half right. Ethier's blast was great to see. This was an exciting game to watch. Hopefully two HRs by Ethier will be enough to cement his spot in the lineup for future games.
Pretty sweet, Q7!
Quad, glad that you were able to make it to the game. I think we should be hearing from LoneyFan, who used the vouchers from The Great SoSG Ticket Giveaway (TM), to attend this awesome game!
Game was amazing. I am trying to get some pics together to email over.
Thanks, LoneyFan, we can't wait for the email!
P.S. LoneyFan, please make sure to include pictures that include that woman from your avatar.
I don't have any more pictures of that woman, but I will be sending pictures that include at least one attractive female Dodger fan. Pics coming as soon as I can get them off of a friend's camera.
