How many L's in Phillies?
msti, that is BRILLIANT, I just noticed that!
Is it because his uniform is open? Why would they put an extra "L" on the part of the uniform that's never seen?
Just in case, Erin. Players move a lot and the extra L is overlapped to the next layer through the button. That way the name of the team is always clear.
It strikes me how immaculate Steve Garvey looks, even from the pics and footage i've seen from his playing days.
Didn't you guys feel an strange feeling of warmth in the heart just looking at that crew of brilliant greatness?
A lot warmer than those guys feel about each other, probably.
