Anyway, the Dodgers moved from 20th place to 15th, their highest position since week 3 (Dodgers opened the season in seventh place, then fell to 11th, then 12th in week 3, then 16th by week 4. And it was all downhill from there.
This week's tidbit was accompanied by this factoid:
Yasiel Puig note of the week: Among players with 130 plate appearances, Puig has the eighth-highest "chase" percentage on pitches outside the strike zone. Twelve of his past 19 outs have been via the strikeout. -- David Schoenfield, ESPN.com
