Post-Game 12 Thread: Donnie Prevents League from Blowing This One

DODGERS 8, DIAMONDBACKS 5

Everyone played their usual roles in this one: Zack was solid (5.1 IP, 1 ER), Uribe and AGon led the way with two RBIs each, and League shit the bed. Handed an 8-2 lead in the ninth inning, League proceeded to give up three runs, forcing Donnie to bring in Kenley for the one-out save. Thanks, Brandon.

Still, the Dodgers earned the series win against the Snakes and go for the sweep tomorrow. Good job, boys!

8-2 turns 8-5. Scary ninth inning. Not even all those arm tats can save that.

He gave up those three with two outs, too, didn't he?

^ Glad to see that Sax and I are still breaking down game tape on League - at the same time this morning.

What I also don't like is that it let's the Az bats get off the mat. They've been pretty much shut down the past 17 innings. Hopefully this doesn't give them some juice for today's game. This may turn into an 8-5 loss today
