The Dodgers and the Dodgers Dream Foundation hosted over 300 kids at their annual Holiday Party yesterday (VSIMH was there!), and Darren Dreifort was one of the former players kind enough to attend. What do you think he's saying to these kids? Here's a caption to get you started.

"No, this doesn't hurt kids; I was a righty."
"Raise your hand if you know someone the Dodgers wasted a shitload of money on"
"My agent is so good, he got me a lifetime supply of books by Chris Van Allsburg. Which, in hindsight, doesn't make much sense. Why the hell do I need 1,846 copies of Jumanji?"
Ok kids, fine. You win. So I was a bust. But to put things in perspective, the money spent on this here movie was 3x my contract.
"Who wants to learn the secret to getting paid for not working?"
"Who here has heard your parents say I suck?"
Former Dodger, Darren Dreifort, showing students at Don Sutton Elementary School and Adult Day Care Center a copy of "The Polar Express" before reading it to the class. Dreifort, along with Andruw Jones, Kevin Brown, Manny Ramirez, Bobby Bonilla, and Gary Sheffield, is a part of the "We Ain't Paying You to Sit Around and Get Fat" program recently established by current Dodger co-owner, Frank Mc Court. Mc Court said he started the "community outreach" program as a way of getting some value for the millions of dollars he was still paying some of these washed-up hacks. The others came along just to get their names in the paper again.

Did we sign any more shitty players while I wasn't paying attention today?
Not a new signing, but being reminded by MLBTR that we're paying Manny $15mil over the next three years to not be here stings just a bit.
