Friend of Blog @themunson captured Clayton Kershaw pulling off a simultaneous earpoke (LH)/accidental bird flip (RH) while warming up in the bullpen. Caption it!

Caption Contest: "There's A Place For You..."

The Hyatt Place window frame advertisements for yesterday's Gameday game (actually, they have been up all week) are really annoying. I get it, Hyatt has a new sub-brand, positioned for business travelers but basically an upgraded Hilton Garden Inn. So why is this guy so smug again?

And where should be the proper place for this guy (rather than poisoning my gameday experience)?

What's going through Puig and Kemp's minds here?

(Other than "Oops!" and "HOLYSHITGONNADIE!")

By the way, since being activated on Monday, Wilson has yet to appear in a game. He apparently has something planned for Friday, though:

The Dodgers and the Dodgers Dream Foundation hosted over 300 kids at their annual Holiday Party yesterday (VSIMH was there!), and Darren Dreifort was one of the former players kind enough to attend. What do you think he's saying to these kids? Here's a caption to get you started.

" 'The Polar Express' is different than 'The Ryan Express,' children."

Caption Contest: The Firing Squad?

And now we're selling caps with no backs? What the hell kind of cost-cutting move is this, Frank?

If this photo was taken as originally credited ("following Game 2 of Major League Baseball's NLCS playoff series against the Philadelphia Phillies in Los Angeles, October 16, 2009."), one can only guess what the conversation was. But rather than speculate, I'll leave the humor up to the SoSG readers.

Fire away (get it?)....
