James McDonald's Dodger Debut

On an otherwise bleak day for the Dodgers with the loss and the injury to Nomar, did anyone catch James McDonald's Dodger debut? This converted outfielder came in and struck out 2 of 3 batters with a fastball about 90 mph and a wicked breaking ball down in the 70 mph range. Nice job rook. Welcome to the majors.

"Three batters served" works on so many levels!

Does that mean he can make at least 3 different types of pancakes?

Saw the game, and indeed, McDonald's debut was the highlight. The Changes of speeds was nice to see and his composure after giving up two hard hits was nice too. Something Maddux could have used earlier in the game...and Manny on that fly to left...
