Did you know Vin Scully has an official website? Of course, he probably had to be convinced to sign off on it, but the site is a simple, classy affair. The best thing about it is that every time you refresh the homepage, it gives you a random classic Vin quote at the bottom. They need to add a few more, but here are the ones I've gotten so far:
"She is gone!""In a year that has been so improbable, the impossible has happened!"
"And there’s twenty-nine thousand people in the ballpark and a million butterflies."
"Hi everybody and a very pleasant good afternoon to you, wherever you may be."

I'd add "It's time for Dodger baseball!" and "Deuces wild." What other classic Vin sayings are missing?

Oh my, what a play" - sort of generic but we've heard him say it a thousand times.
Although later copied by Baseball Tonight clowns, Scully used "...listed as day-to-day (pause). Aren't we all?" as early as 1991.
Kinda long - "And look who's coming up. All year long, they looked to him (Kirk Gibson) to light the fire. All year long, he answered the demand; until he was physically unable to start tonight with two bad legs, a left hamstring, and a swollen right knee. And with two out, you talk about a roll of the dice. This is it!”
Tonight I'll transcribe the Bill Veeck story he told yesterday.
