From Dodgers.com:
While [today's earlier split-squad] game is ongoing, another squad of Dodgers will fly to Las Vegas, where it will play the Cincinnati Reds in a 7:05 p.m. PT start. Pitching in that game will be four pitchers fighting for jobs -- Josh Towers, Carlos Monasterios, Ramon Ortiz and Justin Miller. Manager Joe Torre will accompany the squad to Las Vegas.

According to Dylan Hernandez, the mythical Jason Repko has been placed on release waivers.
Hi everybody, and a very pleasant good evening to you, wherever you may be.
^ On the sofa, Vinny!
This one's on TV? Neato!
It's on tha TEE-vee!
Towering inferno already.
Can we have a do-over?
5 straight hits for Towers. 3-nil w no outs.
Joyce DeWitt bobbles a shot at him, taking him out of the double play possibility.
Damn it looks cold there!
Josh Towers, thanks for playing.
what do you guys think the final score will be?
Wow just turned on the tv. At least Towers going away party is in HD.
Man this place has massive foul territory.
Well this game is over. At least I have the laker game on DVR so I can Watch that.
Wait a second...
wow - three walks, i'll take it! Now let's see someone get us home...
LOVING the Super Mario Brothers soundbites between innings.
@Neeebs-
Approve of the new avatar?
Nice couple of plays, Casey! Hell yeah.
Monteserios thanks you, too.
@DB:
Yeah, I kinda like it. I can't remember which one was my favorite. I'm sure you'll remind me.
Its a slugfest.
It's an LA air freshener that the McCourts favored me with on stadium entry one time last year. Took a pic of it, then played with it (the picture, that is), and voila.
I'm planning on using it for Opening Day. The avatar, not the air freshener, though an air freshener might be appropriate, too, on opening day.

Love the "We're Gonna Win" stark fist logo.
Wait.....what? Dusty is out of the SOSG March Madness Tourney??
Dusty!!!!!!!(Doing my best mom of Ritche Valens on the movie La Bamba impression)
Well this Vegas idea was terrific.
Vegas is always a great idea or a really bad one.
At least Monasterios had a scoreless frame.
Monsterios had a four pitch inning.
Let's hope what happened in Vegas stays in Vegas.
John O'Hurley: Who cares what happens in Vegas?
I just noticed At Bat's Gameday is treating this like a real game...
...even though the team isn't.
Uhhhh...why dies Gameday show "Giles" in right?
Corky is out....life goes on.
Does, not dies.
@josh s
Different Giles.
Yes. Tommy Giles, which I'm hoping isn't Brian Giles with a fake mustache.
The audio is still way behind. This is annoying me to no end.
Can't blame that non-catch on the wind. He had it, then he semi-Hollidayed it.
It does look like Candlestick out there uh oh my PTSD is acting up.....I hate Joe Morgan and Brian Johnson.
I wonder if Hu and the others are having flashbacks to their playing days in Vegas.
I think Vinny just blew away for a bit.
We have the bases loaded!
[looks at score]

That Vegas idea was a big success. In other news, I might go to tomorrow's game against Cleveland (contingent on weather).
I might be going to Saturday's game.
And possibly Opening Day.
Josh, do you mean the home opener?
I will be at the home opener and I think Delino will as well...
I will be at the home opener as well.
Well, yeah I meant the home opener. AKA, the only one that counts. :)
Dangit. Signed into the wrong account again.
Finally, a slight ray of sanity in the national sports media. ESPN the Magazine published the results of their ZiPS projections (also available on ESPN the Web Site for Insiders only).
The results show the Dodgers winning the NL west 53 out 100 simulated seasons and taking the wild card in 10 others. The Rockies take the division 24 times, D-Backs 20 times and Giant Pandas 3.
Of course, they nearly ruin it by bringing in Tim Kukjian the Columnist for ESPN the Media Conglomerate to argue that the computer is obviously wrong because Brandon Webb has a strained shoulder. I don't get his logic either.
It is now confirmed. I will be at the home opener. Loge level, first base side.
How do you spell Stults in Japanese characters?
@ RB
エリック・スタルツ
Lifted directly from the Carp press release about the acquisition.
I'll be there Field Box 47. See u there!
Thanks, J.
'Course, it looks like a bunch of boxes on my computer.
