From Dodgers.com:
The Dodgers play their first Cactus League night game of the spring (they had one in Taiwan) Friday when they travel to Peoria for a game with the San Diego Padres. Hiroki Kuroda will start for the Dodgers and will be followed by James McDonald, who already has pitched his way out of the fifth-starter competition and now is fighting to hang on to a bullpen spot. He has a 13.50 ERA in two games. The Dodgers are also taking 2007 first-round pick Chris Withrow on the trip.

So, I guess it will play in Peoria.
Situational hitting, not so much.
Well not from the dodgers at least.
This place is emptier than the Giants' trophy case.
1pm games on a weekday: On TV.
7pm game on a Friday: Not on TV.
Yeah, I know it's a road game, but still.
Yeah, not the greatest TV decision, Josh. You'd think NBC was in charge.
So with jmac blowing it, that's one extra roster spot on the 25 man to keep monasterios.
I can't see jmac making the major team, he has been Terrible.
CARLOS MONASTERIOS IS THE FUTURE OF THIS ORGANIZATION
Can we start putting opening day rosters together yet?
Aside from the obvious 12:
5th Starter:
Stults (In reality, by committee.)
Bullpen:
Broxton
Kuo
Sherrill
Tron
Haeger
Monasterios
Ramon Ortiz
Bench:
Ausmus
Johnson
Carroll
Belliard
GA
Belisario is dead to me. I don't really like Haeger in the pen, but the dude's out of options. And Eye Chart has been pretty productive, so I could almost see Joe only taking 11 pitchers so he can bring Dougie and GA. Weaver's not looking as sharp as last year, but keep his number handy.
Obviously Haeger provides a lot more flexibility due to his ability to pitch forever. Torre will take him purely for that reason alone. I hope it's Ra Ortiz going, and not Ru. I hate Ru.
I just saw the ugliest Dodger jersey on the Dodgers' shop website. All yellow.
Now that the Laker game is over, I'm really bored.
What the butt?! We lost 9-4?
Go Bears!!
Sorry I've been MIA these STGTs, boys. I will fire up more once we get closer to real baseball...
